The Estate is divided into three parts, the Golf Course, the Village and Riverside, which are flanked by the Breede River. The Estate comprises of 406 ervens. A number of homes are in various state of completion – from completed and occupied to foundations being dug. The Silwerstrand brand extends to include a Day Visitor Area and Caravan Park / Camp Site.
